1 package yeast
1 3/4 cups warm milk,
or water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 teaspoons
salt
5 1/2 cups flour
Mix yeast and warm milk.
Add sugar, shortening, salt and flour.
Mix and let rise.
Punch down.
Dip out and put into muffin pans.
Let rise. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown,
approximately 15 minutes.
