Persimmon Cookies 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup persimmon
pulp
1 teaspoon soda
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup nuts,
chopped
1 cup raisins
Cream sugar, butter, egg and persimmon pulp with soda. Mix
well.
Mix together flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Add to persimmon mixture, stir, then add nuts and raisins.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
