Sopapilla Cheesecake
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened) 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 cans of crescent rolls 1 stick of real butter 1 tsp cinnamon
Oven - preheat 365 Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar and vanilla with mixer until smooth. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Put 1 can of crescent rolls on bottom of the pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture. Put the other can of crescent rolls over mixture. Melt butter add 3/4 cup sugar add the cinnamon and stir well, pour over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
