Creole Peas 1 can black eye peas
1/4 cup sliced frozen okra
1 diced tomatoes, with juice
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 small, diced, medium hot chili pepper
Saute
celery, pepper, and onion in oil until tender. Add all ingredients together and bring to a
boil and simmer.
