1 package noodles
of choice 2 tablespoons
olive oil 4 skinless,
boneless chicken breast halves 2 cups fresh
mushrooms 1 11 oz. can
Italian tomato soup 1 tablespoon wine
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat until
brown. Lower heat add remaining oil and mushrooms; cook until
mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in soup and wine, heat to boiling, reduce heat to low,
cover and cook 5 minutes.
To serve,
arrange chicken over noodles. Stir sauce and spoon over chicken and noodles.
