Aunt Glady's Molasses Cake - Canadian recipe

1   cup sour cream
1   cup molasses
1   tablespoon ginger
2   eggs
1   teaspoon cinnamon
1   teaspoon salt (scant)
1   teaspoon soda
1   1/2 cups flour  

Stir together very well, but do not overbeat.  
Pour mixture in 8 X 8 Pan sprayed with Pam  
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
