Carlos' Cordon Bleu - Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe from Linda Jo's brother-in-law
Boned
chicken breast
1 egg
1 slice ham
1 slice swiss cheese
flour
for dredging bread
crumbs
Skin
breast and pound slightly. Cover with
ham and cheese. Fold breast over so ham
and cheese are inside. Dredge in flour,
dip in egg, cover with bread crumbs.
Saute in hot frying pan (4 minutes each side) Bake at 325 degrees
for 30 minutes.
