Moms' Rice Casserole 2 pkgs. Farmer John Pork Links (8 oz.)
2 cups brown rice
4 cups water
1 7 3/4
oz. can whole leaf spinach
Cut pork
links in 1/2 inch pieces. Brown links in large frying pan. Drain off most of the grease. Leave a little for flavor. Add uncooked rice stir, add water, stir,
cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally. When rice is
done, stir in spinach. Heat for a couple
more minutes. Serve hot.
