Sweet Roll Dough
This recipe can be use to make cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, etc.  

2       cups all purpose flour
1       package active dry yeast
1       cup milk
1/3    cup sugar
1/3    cup butter
1       teaspoon salt
2       eggs

Combine in mixer bowl: flour and dry yeast  
Heat together until warm 115-120 degrees: milk, sugar, butter and salt
Add to flour mixture.  
Add eggs, beat at low speed for 1/2 minute, then beat 3 minutes at high speed.
Stir in as much of 2 - 2 1/2 cups of flour as can be mixed with a spoon.  
On a floured surface kneed in enough flour to make moderately stiff,
dough that is smooth and elastic (6-8 minutes total).
Shape in a ball, place in a greased bowl. 
Cover; let rise in a warm place until dough has doubled. (About 1 hour).  
Punch down; divide in 1/2 cover, let rest 10 minutes
