Cinnamon Rolls Rolls 1 batch Sweet Roll Dough 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 3/4 cup raisins 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Roll 1/2 dough into 12 x 8 inch rectangle. Melt 3 tablespoon butter or margarine; brush 1 1/2 tablespoons over dough. Cut into 12 pieces.
Combine together; granulated sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Brush 1/2 mixture over dough. Roll dough in jelly roll style, beginning from longest side, seal seams. Repeat with remaining dough.
Topping 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup butter 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Combine brown sugar, butter and syrup. Cook and stir until blended.
Divide into two 9 x 1 1/2 inch pans. Sprinkle each pan with 1/4 cup pecans. Place rolls in pans. Cover, let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing while warm. Source: Liz - Connie's Recipe Book
