Linda's Corn Bread This is a wonderful quick bread, delicious at all meals.
2 cups Bisquick dry biscuit mix 6 tablespoons yellow cornmeal 1/4 or 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter
Mix together in bowl; 2 cups Bisquick 6 tablespoons cornmeal 1/4 or 1/2 cup sugar Add; 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter Stir until moist, pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan, or muffin tin. Bake 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes
