Salad: 3 or 4 cooked, chopped chicken breast
1 head cabbage,
chopped
1 bunch green
onions, chopped
2 packages
chicken Top Ramen(broken into smaller pieces)
1 package sliced
almonds
Mix together:
Chopped chicken breasts, chopped cabbage, chopped green
onions,
Chicken Top Ramen and sliced almonds.
Dressing: 3/4 cup olive oil,
(light) or corn oil
4-8 tablespoons red
wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 - 1/2 cup honey
Mix together for dressing:
Olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper and honey.
Mix well.
Pour dressing mixture over salad mixture before serving.
