Seafood Casserole 1 Tbsp butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 10 oz. pkg frozen scallops - thawed
1/2 Lb. Large Shrimp, de-veined
(approx. amount) 1/2 cup crab meat
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup shredded American or Cheddar Cheese
Melt butter, saute mushrooms. Add scallops and shrimp, cook 10
minutes. Drain. Place seafood (including crab meat) in 10" x 6" buttered
baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese. Blend until
smooth. Pour over seafood - top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30
minutes.
