Spinach Salad

Salad
1      package fresh spinach
1      pound mushrooms, sliced
2      eggs, boiled and chopped
 8      slices crisp, crumbled bacon  
Mix: spinach, mushrooms, eggs and bacon.  

Dressing
1/2    cup sugar
1/2    cup vinegar
1       tablespoon yellow mustard
1       tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1       tablespoon green onions, chopped
1       tablespoon parsley, chopped
2       tablespoons olive oil  
Mix: sugar, vinegar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, parsley and olive oil, then chill. Pour over salad greens prior to serving.
