Fresh Apple Cake 1/2 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated
sugar 2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons
vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons
cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
4 cups peeled,
diced apples
1 cup nuts,
chopped
Cream oil and sugars; add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients; flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg
and cloves. Add to sugar mixture.
Stir until well blended, fold in apples and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
