Mandarin Orange Cake 1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 can mandarin
oranges with juice
1 container Cool
Whip
1 package vanilla
instant pudding
1 8 oz. can
crushed pineapple (use juice)
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges together, beat
until
smooth.
Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with Pam.
Pour cake mixture into pan.
Bake until done in a preheated 350 degree oven,
approximately 35 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Mix Cool Whip, vanilla
pudding and crushed pineapple together and
spread on top of cooled cake.
