7UP Salad 1 small box lemon
Jell-O
1 small box
orange Jell-O
2 cups hot water
2 small bottles 7UP or 16 oz.
3 large bananas, sliced
2 cups miniature
marshmallows
1 No. 2 can
crushed pineapple, (drain juice and save for topping)
Salad: Add hot water to Jell-O, then add 7 UP.
Pour into 9 x 13 dish.
Let chill until nearly jellied (enough so bananas won't go
to
bottom).
Add sliced
bananas, drained crushed pineapple and
marshmallows.
Topping 1/2 cup pineapple
juice, (saved from crushed pineapple)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons
cornstarch
2 tablespoons
butter
1 cup whipping
cream
pecans
cherries
Mix sugar and cornstarch, add juice and boil (until it gets
thick) then add butter.
Let cool thoroughly in refrigerator.
Whip cream thoroughly and fold into sugar mixture. Spread on top
of Jell-O and sprinkle with pecans and cherries.
